#CloudBread
Have you heard of the infamous TikTok recipe that tastes like bread and dissolves in your mouth like cotton candy? This recipe trend has blown up on TikTok, and is so easy to create and satisfying to look at you won’t know whether to eat it or lay your head on it! It is a loaf of bread that resembles the shape and consistency of an actual cloud, and can be made with three simple ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/8 cup of of corn starch
Splash of vanilla
All you have to do is combine the ingredients and stir until you see stiff peaks in the mixture. You can also add food coloring like orange or black to make it for spooky season, or even more so, or mix in flavors to make an even more delicious loaf of #cloudbread. One additive that was common was adding cocoa powder and chocolate chips to create the perfect dessert bread to feed your sweet tooth! After all your ingredients are stirred, simply put the mixture on a pan in a round cake-shape form, set the oven to 325 degrees and let it cook for about 25 minutes and boom! You have yourself your very own #cloudbread.
