Company History: The Bungalow Picnic Company was founded in 2010 by DeeDee Navarro, who initially started making granola in her kitchen for her girls and their friends. The first product launched in 2012 with the Peanut Butter Banana granola. Two more flavors have been added with a fourth in the making. The company has grown organically into about 200 locations across the Southeast Region in major specialty and natural foods markets, such as Whole Foods, Earth Fare, The Fresh Market, as well as larger grocery chains, an online store and recently through Amazon.
