We’re taking a look at the best low carb, keto options, for breading your chicken, pork, fish, and vegetables!

If you need a low carb breadcrumb to help fit into your keto recipes, we’ve got 4 of our favorites for you. We included the net carbs for an 1/8th cup of each option, and which keto breading is best for each meat/fish/vegetable.

The lowest carb option is Pork Rinds. However, our overall favorite thing to bread with is Nuts. Whether you use pecans, almonds, or a mix of several, the flavor and texture is hard to beat. We recommend adding the cheese in with one of the other bases. Coconut flour actually has a decent bit of carbs, but it is so high in fiber that the net carbs are still great.
