Not Just a New Body - A New Mindset

Say hi to Molli! Her keto journey has not only lead to physical results, but has given her a new perspective on life and all of her goals. She’s learned the power of dedication and is ready to keep knocking down her goals one by one.

“I started Keto in October of 2018. I had moved to a new city and out of my hometown for the first time in April 2018... the move had drove me into a slight depression. I was already overweight and had added on about 15 extra pounds during the spring/summer. There was never one moment that defined how bad I wanted to change, but more little moments that reminded me constantly that I needed to start putting my health first.”

She truly committed herself to learning as much as she could about keto. Molli views the diet as guidelines that allow her to be creative with her cooking, rather than restrictive!

“It really didn't take long for me to fall in love with this way of eating. What really helped me stay committed was finding keto swaps for all my old favorites. Keto has made food FUN for me and while others may feel it's restrictive, I have the exact opposite opinion. I've always loved to cook so creating new meals that are exciting and keep me going is icing on the cake.”

Molli is down 43lbs! She’s stuck to mostly walking and the occasional home workout, but plans to start implementing regular exercise in her weekly routine. Most importantly, her perseverance over the last year has increased her self-belief.

“I have learned so much about myself over the last year and I know that I can do anything I put my mind to. I want others to know that you can change, if YOU want to. Learn all you can, research this way of eating, and know that even if there are bumps in the road, pushing on will teach you more about yourself than anything else.”
