Losing 93lbs in Only 9 Months!

Meet Jenna Burt, an absolute inspiration for all of us. She’s proof of just how rewarding a lifestyle change can be.

“I started my Keto journey on January 1st, 2019. I was 29 years old, weighed 270 pounds and I was obese. I was so unhappy with how I looked and how I felt that I knew something needed to change. My knees ached, my back hurt, I was tired all the time, and I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror without feeling pain. Needless to say that my self-esteem was non-existent. My family played a huge role in me wanting to succeed in my weight loss journey. I have two kids aged 7 and 9. Them wanting me to play with them and having to tell them I can't just broke my heart.”

Jenna was skeptical of this “high-fat Keto diet” that she had heard so much about. It was all of the success stories she saw that ultimately lead her to make a personal commitment on January 1st. The first two weeks were tough, but then came the results she was hoping for.

“That first month, I lost 20 pounds! And I just kept losing. I keep my meals simple, which I think is what has seriously helped keep me on plan. My weight loss has slowed some since I’m nearing my goal weight, but what I really look at now are the non-scale victories. One piece of advice..measure yourself! It truly is the best way to track your progress. I went from a pant size 18 to a size 8..a size 3X in shirts to a medium! I have lost a total of 93 pounds so far, but what I have gained is everything, it’s my life!”
