Black Bean And Corn Salsa Ingredients
1 15.5oz can of black beans
1 15.5 oz Can Of Yellow Sweet Corn (non salted, whole kernel)
1 12oz Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes (Choose spice here - we like medium)
Lime Juice - Half a lime
1/3 Red Onion Chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
How To Make Corn Salsa
Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl! Stir gently to mix it up thoroughly.
Cover and store in fridge.
