Are nuts keto? Yes! Many nuts make for great snacks on the keto diet. Let’s take a closer look and find out which nuts are best for keto.

 If you want to eat nuts on a keto diet, it’s important to know the nutrition of each. Picking low carb nuts that are high in protein, and have good fats, will be ideal.

Almonds

When we look at nutrition of almonds, we can see that almonds are an ok choice for keto. A little high in carbs, but pretty low net carbs, good fat content, and high protein. They are also high in Vitamin E which is essential for healthy skin, hair and nails!
